If you live in Santa Barbara county, I would recommend that you have your building tested for Radon This area is listed as Zone 1 on the USGS radon maps and the homes have a higher propensity to have elevated levels of Radon. The test is not overly expensive and could help protect the health of yourself, your family or your workers.
