Apex Building and Restoration Inc. is a General Building Contractor located in Santa Barbara, California. Licensed since 1991, we specialize in commercial and residential construction. From ground up construction projects, to simple remodels or tenant improvements. We have the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to handle your project. Fully licensed and insured, we guarantee all of our work. We are also Certified Radon Services providers and perform Radon Testing and Mitigation services in California.

Whenever possible we prefer to use materials and products which are reclaimed or recycled or recyclable. Energy efficient materials which reduce energy consumption and are environmentally safe are the preferred materials of choice!
As important as the materials used are, the disposal of waste materials is equally important. Whenever possible, any waste materials from demolition or the construction process, are separated for recycling, reclamation, waste treatment and disposal. It is important to us that all hazardous wastes are disposed of in the proper prescribed manner to protect our environment!
